Troubleshooting

A list of How-To's to help guide you through some basic home security troubleshooting steps

Support Hours

While our monitoring station and emergency technical support staff are available 24/7, here's some additional information to help guide you. If you call into our business line, and we are experiencing high caller volume, your call will be routed to our Monitoring Station for assistance.

During business hours if you call in and support is not immediately available... You can reasonably expect a return call within 24 business hours.

Outside of normal business hours, emergency technical support is available and comes with a 2 hour minimum billable. If support is not available at the time of your call you can expect to receive a return call within about 4 hours.

*Emergency support is available for technical issues only.
